Questions About Working With SDCT.shop
SDCT.shop provides branded apparel, corporate gifts and team gear for businesses, nonprofits, schools, teams and organizations. Our decoration work is handled in Marietta, Georgia.
Do you have minimum order quantities?
No. Small orders are welcome at SDCT.shop. However, setup charges may still apply depending on the decoration method and artwork requirements. For example, embroidery may require a one-time digitization fee even if you are ordering only one item. We’ll let you know about any setup costs before production begins.
Do you decorate customer-supplied items?
No. SDCT.shop does not decorate customer-supplied merchandise. We source the products we decorate so we can control the quality of the item, confirm that it is appropriate for the decoration method, and stand behind the finished result.
Where is your decoration work done?
Our decoration work is handled in our Marietta, Georgia workshop. Depending on the product and project, we use embroidery, DTF, sublimation, laser engraving, vinyl and other decoration methods to complete orders for businesses, nonprofits, schools, teams and organizations.
Can you help me choose the right apparel or product for my project?
Yes. We help you select the right blank based on how it will be used, who will wear or receive it, your budget, and the decoration method that will work best. Once the product is selected, we prepare your customer-provided logo or design for production and handle the details through the finished piece.
What decoration methods do you offer?
Depending on the product and design, SDCT.shop offers embroidery, DTF, sublimation, laser engraving, vinyl and other decoration methods. We recommend the method that best fits the item, artwork and intended use.
Who does SDCT.shop work with?
We work with businesses, nonprofits, schools, teams, associations and organizations throughout Marietta, Cobb County and Metro Atlanta. We also work with customers outside the area when shipping makes sense for the project.
How do I get started with an order?
Start by telling us what you need, who it is for, the quantity, your timeline and any product preferences you already have. You can also send us your logo or approved artwork. From there, we’ll help narrow down the right products and decoration method, then provide pricing before production begins.
What kind of artwork do you need from me?
We work from customer-provided logos and approved artwork. Vector files are preferred whenever available because they give us the cleanest starting point for production. Depending on the decoration method, we may also be able to work from a high-resolution PNG or other suitable image file.
For embroidery, we do not accept customer-provided stitch files. SDCT.shop digitizes embroidery artwork so we can control the quality of the finished result
How long does an order usually take?
Turnaround time depends on the product, decoration method, quantity and current production schedule. We’ll give you an estimated timeline before production begins and let you know if a specific deadline requires special planning.
Can you reproduce any logo, image or design I send you?
No. Customers must have permission to use the logos, artwork, trademarks and other designs they ask SDCT.shop to reproduce. We may ask for confirmation of ownership or authorization when artwork includes copyrighted characters, trademarked logos, artist-created designs or other protected material. Personal use does not automatically make reproduction permissible.
Can you work with Canva files or AI-generated artwork?
Often, yes, but the file still has to be suitable for production and cleared for the intended use. Canva designs should be exported in the best available production format, preferably vector when appropriate, rather than supplied as screenshots. AI-generated artwork may also require additional review, especially if it is based on a copyrighted character, trademark, existing artwork or another creator’s design. SDCT.shop may ask how the artwork was created or request confirmation that the customer has the right to reproduce it.
