Before concert halls and grand stages, there was a home on Church Street. The Georgia Symphony Orchestra traces its roots to the residence of Arthur F. Moor, where the Marietta Music Club gathered local musicians to share their talents with the community. That spirit of collaboration and creativity became the foundation of what GSO is today.
